Due to the recent activities that have happened in the selling forums as of late. I am going to compile a list of scammers, timewasters, thieves etc. I know this has probably been attempted before...but I plan to remain vigilant in keeping this updated. Any info that can be provided to me such as the persons real name, forum name, breif statement of events that took place. Also, any link to a thread will be added to each ndividual that is listed.

Dougdsensi ( SCAMMER / Thief ) Sold several items. Some received and some obviously never sent. There are people who beleive him to be the same person who ripped off Filtek Australia to the tune of $20,000 USD. Nevertheless, there are several members that have complained about him not sending out items in the thread below:

Aaron Lewis ( TimeWaster/Scammer ) Made several deals at one time. Problem was .. he was making deals to cover deals. Actually had nothing to trade in the first place. Tried to cover potential scam by making up a lie that his mail man was stealing his packages. Owed lots of money and merchandise to SEVERAL members. It is still unknown if everyone received back money/goods/shipping costs. Aliases are, Aaron Lewis, Oceanvein, Oceantattoos, I am a neo chick, XxxstonethecrowxxX, wolvie.. probably more. William Hung ( TimeWaster ) William Hung has had several people hold items for him for weeks on end. He tells the seller that payment has been sent, when in reality, he hasn't mailed anything out. I know some of you say that complaining about a TIMEWASTER is ridiculous. The problem is... a timewaster causes a seller to miss out on other potential sales since they have basically "claimed" said item. After 3-4 weeks of excuses and avoidance, when the seller tries to contact other people that were originally interested, they have made purchases elsewhere. RVF400 ( Scammer / Thief ) RVF400 AKA Shaun Kelly AKA Daniel Kelly decided to sell 10 pack MVS Cart sets to members. After receiving buyers money, he vanished into thin air. No one received their games or their money back. He was banned from these forums for attempting to sell MS5 MVS Bootlegs in chat. He has supposedly moved to another country. Tam Tam (Scammer\Thief\Timewaster) TamTam AKA jackiechan AKA James Boomer. Ok this is a real cluster fuck here. First, under the username jackiechan, wants to buy a Ultimate 11 Cart from neogeohk. Neogeohk sends the cart first and James agrees to send payment. After cart was received, James gives neogeohk the runaround and NEVER pays for the U11 cart. Then James Boomer comes back to the forums as TamTam selling numerous hi priced carts like Garou US AES and Ninja Masters JPN. He then starts selling carts and receiving money but never ships anything out. Then when members caught on and filed chargebacks against him, he decided to take the scam to the next step.... he sends rudekid a DC# for his package.... and when rudekid receives it...its a BLANK CD-R with Metal Slug 2 written on it . Kyokugen Star (Thief/Scammer) AKA Retaliator AKA Ralph Karels. This is one of the most heinous acts on this site. It seems that Ralphie boy was out of town and left his dad in charge of selling his Neo Games. His father lists a MS1 US AES on EBAY and the auction ends at a whopping $1600. Now you may be thinking, " Wow!!! Whats wrong with that?!?!?!" Well, it seems that Daddy Karels forgot to mention that it was a conversion (well he didn't forget... he supposedly didn't know it was a conversion.) Well the person he sold it to was bahamut (A member of these forums... and a damn nice guy at that). When bahamut receives the game he realizes that its bootastic and immediately asks for a refund. Guess what? Daddy Karels doesnt feel like giving him a refund because the game is in good working order. When bahamut asks Ralph for a refund..... guess what? Ralph also decides bahamut doesnt deserve a refund. I guess the scamming ass apple doesn't fall far from the tree . To see Ralphs pitiful excuses for what happened read the following thread. Kid Aphex (Timewaster) It seems a couple of members made purchases from Ray about a month ago. Ray has neither returned messages nor PMs. Kafuin Gaira had attempted to do a paypal chargeback but there was no money in Rays account for him to receive a refund. For those of you that remember, there was a similar incident concerning Ray and Liquid Snake that went down a few months ago over a similar situation. I didnt list it the first time as it had seemed inappropriate...but with it happening a second time I must list it here. He has not scammed anyone.... but his very slow shipping and nonresponsiveness is something people should consider before dealing with him. It has been mentioned that he was on AIM a few days ago...but he has not come here to respond to his buyers. Buyers have not received items purchased or refunds. If the situation is not resolved or updated in a positive manner within 2 weeks, I will revise this post. Ray eventually took care of all pending deals and status has been changed to TIMEWASTER!!! Bumbachief (Timewaster) This guy originally had a deal with Brett (Snake Eyes at the time) for a MS3 JPN AES Cart. After asking Brett numerous questions, over several emails within a 2 day period of time, he came off as being a complete asshole. He was asking for auctions to be ended early, not having money available immediately for payment and questioning sellers integrity while (at the same time) asking the seller for favors. When Brett didnt give in he decided he would then try to smear Bretts reputation buy posting in the forums about it. He still has a valid/current Ebay account under the same name. Although he has 100% feedback, the amount of headache you will endure as the seller wont be worth the effort. Here is a link to the thread.

CarBaXine (Thief) CarBaXine A.K.A Craig Turk opened a selling thread in the forums selling some Neo Geo Homecarts. dreamstationx and crazycanuck made purchases from him and never received their merchandise. Originally it was thought to be some form of delay from shipping. It became evident that he never shipped the games out. When dreamstationx filed a chargeback, Paypal awarded in his favor..but there was no money recovered because Craig had already withdrew the funds. dreamstationx was able to go through Visa and get his money refunded in full. I'm not sure if crazycanuck ever received any sort of compensation. Read about it here:

Shawn Carr2o / Boog (TIMEWASTER!!!) Shawn is similar to Aaron Lewis. He had numerous different deals going all at the same time. The problem is .. he had all of these deals in ON HOLD status. While browsing some selling threads I saw that he was asking to buy something from one member while already oweing other members for pending deals. When confronted by the member he owed ... he totally ignored him and went on to post that he had found the item he wanted. That made me post a thread asking about his pending deals. Needless to say, he had a bunch of people who had been holding on to stuff ( some of them had been holding for 2 months). NOTE* He had all of these deals on hold pending him selling overpriced stuff thats in his selling thread and the $50 per month he gets for game spending . His debt was originally thought to be around $780 USD ..but I found that were more deals he had not mentioned which brought his debt close to $1000 usd. $1000 @50/mo = 20 months to pay off this outstanding debt. Some people had to go ahead and relist their items because they realized he had gotten himself in too deep. I would suggest to people not to hold any items for him and to make him pay immediately ...unless you have the patience of a saint ... which a lot of us dont! BTW .. He has the nerve to still talk about other items he wants to purchase!! Read about it here!!

Toni2000 (Scammer/Thief) Toni AKA A.R.T.H.E.M.I.S. sold TerryB a Metal Slug JPN AES cart. The cart turns out to be a conversion when TerryB tries to resell it a few months later. Once Terry has been informed that the cart is a fake, he asks Toni for a refund. Toni claims the cart was "original" when he sold it to him. Turns out that Toni bought the cart from another member of the forums named jpj. BTW, Toni now goes by the Ebay name ascensionofthewatchers. Read about it here:

He supposedly works in the gaming industry and is known for always selling a huge amount of items. It is beleived that with the amount of stuff he sells he will surface again. DreamH20 (Scammer/Thief) Timothy Tews. I tried to find out all the details about his scam and the best thread I could find was this one. Tim apparently cheated buster_broon out of $330 on a deal they had going. All in all Tim had some huge sale and then disappeared with everyones money.

sonofx51 (Thief) AKA Jose Santana. Jose does modding services for people when asked. Forum members LustForLard and juanjuan have been waiting on their merchandise from Jose for months. I was asked a couple of months ago to contact Jose and see if he would come into the forums and let them know what was going on. I contacted Jose and he responded. The first time I contacted him he came into the forums and sent both guys a PM saying that he would make sure to ship their items out right away. After that they had no further contact from him. You can read the following thread and see (by the dates of each post) that he was given ample time to resolve this before he was finally added to this list per LustForLards request.

Sonic Blast (Scammer/Thief) AKA fear-da-spear on Ebay. Sonic Blast made a deal with forum member Neo Gold for a Sega STV Mobo and 4 games. Neo Gold (Marc) sends Sonic Blast the full payment that they agreed upon. After a week, SB decides he no longer wants to sell Marc the STV w/ games. Although Marc isn't happy with this decision, he doesn't push it and just waits on his refund.

When the refund is sent back to him, it is sent in the wrong currency. Marc lives overseas and the USD is weaker then their currency. Needless to say, SB the refund SB sent was less than what Marc originally sent. To top it off, the refund ended up being rejected due to insufficient funds. The info paypal had for Sonic Blast at the time was:

Ray,

This was ammended due to the LiquidSnake deal. I know you came through and completed it thats why I linked to that thread originally. I didnt know anything about the Kafuingaira deal. I only do these based on the info I'm given. If you or LiquidSnake have updated information then PM me and I will ammend the thread.

OK ... it's been so long since this originally went down. I vaguely remember something about a deal where you and LiquidSnake had some sort of dispute where you got mad at him for calling you out about a deal and then you didn't send him his item until you were ready to. Let me see if I can fimd the original link to the thread. I must have inadvertently deleted it while editing the thread.
