CarBaXinE scam - I got my money Back !!!

Most know of the scam I had recently with CarBaXinE ( aka. Craig Turk ) for $1425 for a US Last Blade 2 etc... http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthread.php?t=112803 ..............anyway, 2 months later and I have just got my money back from VISA and he has been charged for it by his credit card company....

As usual, paypal even though they said your calim is in favour of a refund, they said " we were unable to withdraw your funds back from Craig Turk " so again, paypal are teh shite as usual....

Anyway, Im happy now as my visa card has been credited back the full amount and Craig now has that amount on his card to pay back... :D:

Glad to hear you got your money back.

The best thing about it is you got your £800 (approx) back, but that little shit is now in debt to the tune of $1425 :buttrock:

Credit card companys are good like that anyway, for the right reasons.
Although I got scammed by somebody making out they didnt get the goods and paypal did jack shit about it.

mark of the wolf US for 665 dollers. $665!!!!!!!!! kenny boy is selling it for $1000.

so u can tell that this is big scammer. he sent me three emails. i gust sent him one email and here is what i said. GO LOOK FOR A STICK AND PUT IT IN UR ASS SEE IF IT FITS, IF NOT, U CAN STICK THOSE GAMES IN UR MOMO's ASS.

Glad to hear to you could get your refund... and you are right, with paypal, you can't do anything, as I had pay with my paypal balance and I couldn't do anything to get my money back !!!

That's a good lesson for the future, pay with your credit card for more security !!! And now, it's time to ban this poor little bastard !!! As he is stupid, he has certainly spent the money stolen and has to pay now an invoice of 1425 USD... :lol:

Glad to see you were able to avoid being scammed. However, the price of $665 is around what Garou really costs. Although KennyBoy is listing it at $1000 that is not the correct price.... more along the lines of what is quoted here in the forums price guide:

Oh no. I had to watch this forum more frequently: I sent 654 usd to CarBaXinE for a Metal Slug X before christmas...and I've not yet received it.
Craig said that it may be stuck in some post office (and that happened to me before) but now I know that...ouch.

GREAT news indeed. I wish I had the support of my former CC company as you did but in a whole different situation where I was billed by a business for a very large amount of money TWICE My credit card company allowed the business to do this and then tried to penalize me for it.
CC were in the wrong and I had to have the business draft and submit a letter to my CC claiming that they made a billing error.

The news that dreamstationx has recover his money is not new, the point I was making is that this scammer is still around...

On my side, I know it so that's fine but it's for people that I see every week buying games such as metal slug X, waku waku 7 for hundred of dollars and being scammed cowardely.

I think this guy should be tracked carefully on the top of this forum page and being chased by another canadian fellow members as he has been going too far and still continuing under several name !!!

Once more scammed, do somebody in Canada cannot tell the police, I think it's easy to track him with the IP address... I think it's unbeliebable that nobody react, I think even the webmaster should have his address as he was not a scammer at the beginning of his registration... and this guy is quietly making thousand of dollar using the wanted thread really easily... WAKE UP !!!

Just reading all this stuff and the various links etc and how he is now replying to WANTED ad's here on the forums and then scamming... what we need to do is make a note of the username he is using on the forums...

We can work on this and bring it to a halt in the end.. I am more than happy to go to some kind of Canadian police authority and get this sorted!! :mad:

Hey you all, what was his username when he contacted you by PM or email...?? I want to put a stop to all this and Im going to go to Canadian authoritys to do so... He scammed me for over $1250 but I got it back off my credit card company so I was lucky but if he is still here, PM or email me ANYTHING you have on him.. Any links or anything !!!!
