Hey everyone.

Well, last month I started thread stating that I wanted a copy of Waku Waku 7 for AES. I got an email response back from someone named Danny Kite who told me he had one and I trustingly bought it. But long story short: it never came, the seller sent me a few responses and disappeared, PayPal didn't help me, and I lost $350.

Anyway, it was an overall terrible experience and hopefully I've learned (the hard way) to avoid people like that.

A month has passed since that time, and by now I've regenerated enough money to buy another one. Hopefully complete and in good shape.

I'm looking for $350 shipped. Anyone?

Also: I have a PSP and Lumines (complete and in perfect shape) I'd consider trading for it as well.

This Danny Kite fellow contacted me and a few other people here awhile back. I was looking for some Atomiswave stuff and he offered me some good stuff for a great price, too great in fact, so i said no. I'm sorry to hear about what happened to you, it's sad to know there are still scammers out there. Someone should put his name on the scammers list, so people are aware of his dealings!!!!

Did you try contacting your credit card company to get your money back, or was it a Paypal balance you used?

If it was a credit card it definately filing a claim.

Anyway, good luck finding another Waku from someone respectable.

Danny Kite offered me a mint Twinkle Star Sprites AES. It looked awesome and i was so damn close to buy it, but decided not to risk my money in the last moment. Thank God i'm careful and always keep a clear mind.

Wow, I had no idea that this Danny Kite character has been tempting others into his scams.

Gah! I'm such an idiot... I can't believe I fell for something so stupid. Since he sent me a message about Waku Waku 7 shortly after I posted a thread about it, I just assumed he was a member here, and would therefore be trustworthy.

Unfortunately the payment I used was a debit card transfer... maybe I'll call the bank and see if there's anything I can do. But, I gotta say, it's looking pretty bleak right now.

Well looks like he resides in Canada in that case you can file a complaint with
recol.

It's called Reporting Economic Crime OnLine. Its run by the RCMP, kind of like Canada's FBI and they will investigate any crime where a Canadian was scammed online by someone or if a candian scammed someone else. Send them your paypal complaint and all the messages you exchanged with the guy and give them the entire story and see what they will be able to do. I hope they can help you out a bit.

Always says he is not a member, and will give E-Bay feedback as reference. He told me he just looks over the selling threads as a guest.

He did the same thing with me, saying his eBay name was "bevan713", which I checked up on. It seemed to be okay to me at the time, but I didn't question whether it might not be him.

This was the original email he sent me. I thought he seemed legitimate enough at the time.

I have for sale a near mint/mint japanese copy of Waku waku 7 for the neo geo aes system.

I'll give you a detailed description of the games condition :)

Snaplock case: Mint condition, very tight, snaps perfect

Insert: The insert has what so ever NO sunfading, i made sure of it when i purchased the homecart, it also has no indents on the top or bottom of the insert, due from the snaplock case.

Front cart: Perfect condition, cant get any better then this, no insertion marks/scuff marks nothing.

Back cart: Near mint condition overall, has 1 slight scuff mark near the top left corner, this is really common, usally made by the factory.

Manual/baggie: Mint condtion all the way thru - no problems here, comes with the manual baggie as well.

This game is 100% original NON conversion, this game is gorgeous you wont be dissapointed in the condtion.
