60Bucks "IS A SCAMMER", where's my games?!? My money????

Has anyone else who has bought games from 60Bucks received them yet? I have not received Sengoku 3 or Metal Slug 5 yet. 60Bucks, can you please provide tracking numbers??? Sengoku 3 was 2 weeks ago and Metal Slug 5 was a week ago! No games or tracking numbers yet? What gives?!? I know you live in Canada, but I have gotten my Metal Slug 4, Neo Pocket System, Neo Geo Ultra System, Memory Card, Phantom1, etc all from people in Canada that I dealt with in the same two weeks. Plus, they all gave me tracking numbers! All I ask is for the tracking numbers as proof. You seem like a nice guy and hopefully you will come through. I am just weary that the games are not here and the prices almost seem too good to be true! All I want is my games with TRACKING or my money back ASAP!!!!! And do not tell me again that the Post Office says it should be here in a day or two! Especially since you said that last Friday about Sengoku 3, and now it is a week later. Because if you can find that out from the Post Office, then you should have the tracking numbers and can give them to me!!!!

Shipping from Canada is a pain in the ass,as it can take up to a month's time to reach stateside,that's why I tend to avoid buying from Canadian sellers altogether(with the exception of NBM and Snake Grunger).

Thanks man! I know shipping from Canada sucks, but he could give me the tracking numbers! I got my MS4 from Insaneclown and my Neo Pocket System, for the kiddies, in less then a week for both. And that is even while in a hurricane! All I ask for is the tracking numbers or my money back!

All I know is I better get my games or my money! I am unemployed and doing contract work here and there and if he ripped me off :very_ang:

And it does not help that my wife is not getting paid right now because she is a teacher and the schools have been closed down around here for 2 weeks thanks to Hurricane Francis.

Try talking to the people that was vouching for him in his feedback thread. Ask them how long it took them to get there stuff & if they have any other way of contact besides PM and email.

I am trying that with Insaneclown, also since he lives close by to 60Bucks. Hopefully more people will help. I got my credit card to credit back $271.66 of the $400.00. The rest is up to Pay Pal, because it was Pay Pal funds. I will now forever pay via credit card through Pay Pal because Pay Pal sucks when it comes to these issues. Sure, they will charge you fees, but if an issue arrises they just basically say, oh well!!! Pay Pal sucks!

And now my whole mission, if I do not get my games or money back, is to make sure he rots in jail!

Get me a name, address, phone number, whatever you have. I'll also need transaction specifics, price paid, method of payment, for what. The kind of info the police will require. They will need contact info for each complainant.

I was about to buy a GC with games from this guy. He had it posted for a while and no one wanted. But I felt something was wrong .. the stuff was worth well over 300 dollars and this guy was selling it for 125 shipped. Thanks god I forgot to pay him all together .. I never forget about my ongoing deals .. I guess it's an act of god.

I am sorry for your loss though. How come you don't have this details .. didn't you get it from paypal?

Pay Pal does not give seller's address and phone number, which they should. But, if I do not get my money or games by the end of Tuesday, I will have my lawyer call Pay Pal and he will get the information I need. I am lucky to have a powerful lawyer as an uncle, who also has been the top lawyer fro Donald Trump for over 20 years. Businesses seem to cave to lawyers. Also, I know shipping can take up to a month, but he has supplied no tracking numbers and he has been online since this and the other thread has been deminishing his name and he has yet to defend himself or answer mine and others PM's. Now doesn't that seem fishy?!?

I feel really sorry for you mate, I really hope for your sake ot works out - thats alot of cash to loose. I bought my WH2 euro from Joe McCabe in canada and it took around 7 working days to get to me in the UK so it seems crazy it can take so long to get to the US?

Joe McCabe does not live in Canada...he lives in the US. Anyways Iam trying also to find out on where this 60bucks is. I dealt with him before and had no probs. I bought an AES game from him and so forth. Everything went fine! I just wanna contact this guy to find out what the hell is happening and why is he doing this. Argh...Iam pissed off at this too for my buddy neogeofl. I hope he gets either his money or games back.

Thanks Jason! I hope this turns out okay and all works out, but it makes me nervous that he still has not tried to defend his name or reply to any PM's or Pay Pal Chargebacks I filed. I hope someone can get a hold of him and straighten him out. It is not worth it for him to ruin his life over a few bucks. 60Bucks, come on out and refund us or send our games!!!

I will give you the little info I have. I ordered a game from him about 2 months or so ago. I received it around 2 weeks (from Canada to Texas) time tops. I didn't have a problem with him and as far as I know the other 2 people who bought from his older thread didn't either. Then again I just bought a $20.00 game from him so I really don't see how he could scam me on that. I sent him a money order, otherwise I could get his info off of my Pay Pal account. And I'm affraid I don't remember anything else about the transaction. But I do remember him and I do remember he lived in Canada and I ordered Art of Fighting from him for $20.00 plus S/H (I forget how much that was). I hate to hear this has happened. I am hoping maybe he forgot or just got too busy or something like that. He seemed like a nice guy. But who knows these days. Hope it works out for you.
