He made an offer on a number of the PS3 items I was selling. After some negotiation on the price, he agreed to buy the items last Wednesday, 2/27. His last PM to me that day said he'd send payment the morning of Thursday, 2/28. When I didn't receive the payment, and saw that he had been on the forums that afternooon, I PMed him back to find out the status of the payment. He hasn't been back on the site since then, and obviously never contacted me to let me know that he no longer wanted to items. I tried to email him at his address associated with his account here, but the address email appears to be invalid. At least, I got a delivery failure notice from the mail server.

Here is his name and address information that he gave:

James Bomark
P.O. Box 851
Manitou Springs, CO 80829

I know this isn't as serious as a thief or scammer, but backing out on a deal and not having the decency to let the other party know is a pet peeve of mine. It's happened to me a couple of times, and I let it drop, but from now on when it happens I'm at least going to post feedback on them here.

Hello,

I have dealt with James and had no problems, He did take a while to review things to ensure he was getting what he wanted,
I had no issues and I am in UK.:)

Not sure exactly what you mean by him taking a while to review things (before he paid you, or after he received the items from you??), but in this case he told me he specifically what he wanted, and told me precisely when he would send payment, then disappeared. I'm glad your deal with him went OK, but it doesn't seem too much to ask that, if someone decides to back out on a buy, they should at least be man (or woman) enough to let the seller know what's going on, rather than vanishing and leaving the seller hanging.
