I got my money refunded by PayPal but it's "pending".

Tamtam sent out a tracking number and when i recieved the package it was a blank cdr with metal slug written on it. he sent out this package to give a genuine tracking number to paypal.I am waiting for paypal to get back to me but in the meantime have filed for a charge back thru my cc company.

Damn it, PayPal couldn't refund my money due to no funds from his account. 
I'm going to deal with this through my credit card, but meanwhile I am going to do anything in my power to get that ass.

I just spent almost an hour writing up everything to file Internet Fraud Complaint, but it's all worth it. Also neogeohk and rudekid, I listed you both and provided your email addresses to them in case they want to ask for more info about this scammer.
I'll issue chargeback on my credit card for now.
As for James Boomer, at least I got your name and info from PayPal, and I forwarded that info in my Internet Fraud Complaint, everything what you said and did in your bogus aol accounts, everything!
Also, does anyone know if I should bother to file for fraud at my local police? I live in New Jersey, which is near NY, or should I just file for fraud at NYC police? Any help is appreciated!

I suggest you help us find a solicitor and lodge an appeal to James Boomer
! he didn't even send you cart, just blank cd-r?

WGolly I'm in middlesex county, I live near the turnpike which is like an hour drive to Brooklyn. Anyways, I think James Boomer's address is probably bogus.
