I think the only way we might see Hebereke Pair Pair Wars being finally released is either being included in a collection of Hebereke titles or separatedly as a ACA release but who knows

There's an interesting thread on X that seems to be from a dev on The Record of the Divine Dragons War/神竜戦記(Shinryuu Senki) where they posted an illustration from Dragons and a photo from a Neo-Geo memory card save states from Dragons and... another proto I've never heard of: Spapoon. It seems Spapoon didn't location test well and I think the dev repurposed the assets into a PS1 game, "Block kuzushi kawashite help!" Thread below:
