I guess I always assumed Pandora's Boxes were able to skate by because they're Chinese black market items, like all the bootlegs on Aliexpress. If that's not the case, then this feels probably long overdue.

I think this retro shooter box may have a connection to a us seller (it seems that way in the video). Maybe that’s why they’re going after them since it’s connected to the US.

Yeah, it sounds like some US-based company got involved and crossed the line. Maybe the video is overreacting then, because others will probably still keep selling cheap Pandora's boxes full of games in Asia.
