As much as I want to play this, I'm not touching it until the MD version is in my hands. Fuck this double dipping tactic.

Yeah, I really only want to play it on MD. The whole game was designed for that platform. I might still get antsy and pick it up on modern platforms in the meantime.

I hate that they are holding back any news about the MD/Gen release. If they dilly-dally on this, hackers will pull the rom out of the steam version day 1. See GG Aleste 3. Hopefully they don't fumble this.

They're veteran developers, I can't imagine their Steam/PS versions being wrapped up roms instead of proper ports. If they are... this is really the end of everything.
