Hi Raz,Put the unibios in AES mode and change the button mappings in the AES game settings menus.
Great, thanks for the advice. I'll give that a shot. Is that done through the Unibios menu?Sounds like the MVS backupRAM has corrupted, you will need to reset the backupRAM from testmode hardware test.
I'm in Fond du Lac. Your about 45 min or so from me bruva very nice. You going to the Midwest Gaming Classic later this month in Milwaukee?Hey, I'm in the Madison area. You?
Any more progress on this? I've had a trouble with getting a few files converted (most of them no issue). Thanks!Taking this with no context, if you have them and it's not a huge gray area, just shoot them over and I'll put them on a server.
Thank you sir!@hawkeye_ add gmail dot com to my username and I'll send you a link to what I have. It's 5-6GB so I don't want to just drop the URL here.
The most recent posts in the AES thread mention putting a reset.cfg on the card. There's also a lastgame.cfg you should delete, per the official manual. That's probably what I'd try next.Hi, I've got an original NeoSD MVS cart and it's run for years without issue. Today all I get is a black screen when I turn my arcade cab on though. The mobo is fine and boots to the hatch screen without the card plugged in. It's getting +5v at the Jamma edge .
I've cleaned the cart contacts and reinserted the SD card but still get a black screen. Also get a black screen if I boot without an SD card installed.
Is this a known fault. I assume I either have a broken cart or a broken SD card? Hopefully the latter as it's cheaper to replace!
Thanks

@YoddDone this, still no fix. Game just shows plain black screen. Is my NeoSD cart borked?
I get graphic glitches all the time on the AES NeoSD Pro. Hitting the reset button fixes it. I wonder if a momentary power cycle on the MVS cab would work without wiring up a reset circuit on the motherboard. So I just got a 4-slot Big Red with a lotta restore work done including a tube swap. I just purchased the SD and all the games were already loaded on. However, I am getting some flicker during gameplay and even on the menu screen (thin white horizontal lines). I haven’t tried a regular MVS cart but I’m assuming it’s the SD cause the cross hatch screen when no cart is installed has no flicker. Has anyone experienced this and if so how was it fixed. I haven’t tried to mess with any monitor adjustments yet.
Speaking of whores…why don’t you put that dirty mouth to use on Roker’s mom…bunch of rom whores.
Have you tried ordering a replacement PSU from the NeoStore?I get graphic glitches all the time on the AES NeoSD Pro. Hitting the reset button fixes it. I wonder if a momentary power cycle on the MVS cab would work without wiring up a reset circuit on the motherboard.
Otherwise it could just be that the board is not getting enough juice for the NeoSD.
