You're an AFOL? MISB collector?

I'm not sure I qualify as an AFOL (had too google the term), but for sure I do not just collect. I open all my LEGO sets and I plan to assemble this one like it should have been many years ago. The reason I get so happy with it being MISB is because I wanted this set since I first saw it, more than 12 years ago, also I do not like buying LEGO second-hand because you may be missing pieces or have some in bad shape. :)

Regards.

What are the plans for that JXD? Portable emu machine or are there actually some good titles for it?

it's an android tablet, so yeah there are some games worth while but I think emulation is where the strength lies.

It took me all year, but I finally have a copy of a game I used to play a lot as a kid at the local pizzeria. Cheers.

The few times I've read comments about this game people don't seem to impressed with it but I really like it.
My fist time playing it was recently and not when it was new in the arcades. The mechanics are simple but I love the theme and really enjoy it.

One of my buddies has this and showed me a picture of GBA running on it with scanlines. It looked pretty damn good. Here is the pic he sent me of it.

That looks much, much better than GBA stuff on the Wii U Gamepad.

Heheheheheh... If you thought Mr. Big was a jerk, wait till you meet Rugal :D

He's got Rugal, Omega Rugal, and then Goenitz. Nothing but pain in his future.

Man I'm seriously thinking about picking one of those up. They're like $170 shipped on Amazon.

I'm sending mine back today.

There are a couple defects in the screen under the plastic coating. Kinda like trapped dust.

Overall build quality is decent.

I might have them ship me another. I dunno.

Wow, I might just get that for my nephew. He loves Super Metroid and Super Mario world. Are there any good PS1 emulators for android and can that thing run them full speed?

There's one that's supposed to run really well, but I can't think of which of the 2 or 3 that are out there it is. Supposedly it runs most PS1 games perfectly on an Ouya, and those JXD's are more powerful than an Ouya I think.

Got this in today and unlike the first one I tried out last year this one actually works! For those that want a good TV that is sub $400 that will work amazingly with the XRGB Mini take a look into the Sharp LC-39LE551U. I got mine for just under $300 (the TV that is) and the input lag is super low and the scanlines nice and evenly spaced.

Today's finds. Especially excited about the GB Micro. Will be a perfect companion in the Paris metro. although small, the screen looks great.

Well I've dusted off my DS9 DVDs recently (yes I'm a geek ok) and since I'm also playing a bit of SNES as well I thought what the hell :) Long live the 90s! The cart manual and poster look nearly unused but the box is a little bit worn, overall not bad since its 20 years old! Really need to be buying more Neo stuff, as soon as I get a Chrono Trigger then my attention will be Neo Geo all the way!
