It is an MVS-2-25. The monitor is intact and (supposedly) works.

I have a two-slot PCB purchased and enroute. Samurai Showdown 2 is coming too.

Looking to get the tall (~ 9" x 24") marquee sometime soon.

^^ I used to be in a clan for WC3/TFT, it's a wonder I made Abitur (university-entrance diploma, eq. to A levels)... I swore myself to never play a second of WoW as I would have been completely sucked into it, which I could observe happening to my clanmates (and that's what ultimately destroyed our clan).

Nice get, I've always been a big fan of the arched button layout CP. Looks like a One slot to me but it's hard to say I'm only guessing 'cause of the marquee not having EL panels. Hey, I have some plexy original marquees, they're buried but if you are looking for one and don't mind waiting a bit I can find them. Looks real decent as it is, congrats, my first Big Red was nasty and beat up to hell, I eventually scored the body of a Rev 1 and used all the components of the Rev 3 and made one sweet cab. Memories...
