AFAIK, Raguy, Burning Fight and Soccer Brawl feature OSTs.

I will check some more of your list (and the ones I mentioned already, just to make sure).

I beg to differ regarding the CD special and SamSho RPG. They're both CD-exclusive and thus original.

yes, but the soundtracks were done in digital on the same harware that all other arranged neo cd music was done. so it is actually both. origunal music, but in full digital.

Corrections and additions to the list have been made.

New Rule:
If the music sounds similar to what you'd hear on an AES/MVS system, it's original.
If actual instruments were used in the music (and if vocals were included), it's arranged.

Of the CD games released with arranged soundtracks, does anyone know which ones have soundtracks available as audio CDs? I'd kill to find an arranged RB2 soundtrack...if it even exists...

i'm not sure, but Double Dragon may also have an Arranged sound track on CD also
