Moving is when you find stuff.
My job moved to a brand new office with tons of shared space the week immediately after March 20, 2020. Going by the date, you can probably guess how useful an investment that huge new open office has been (lol it's a ghost town). I'm sure they're chomping at the bit for the lease to expire. It's almost quaint to see a big Japanese company still trying to impress people with their office space and bragging about these huge open collaborative environments.
