Amiga itself is totally dead, even I removed internal memory that had leaked batter. Maybe the cpu died because of it, who know. I just used part for my old amiga to fix it and everything else like the A590 harddisk (also haves 2megs of memory) seem to work

Paid 90 euros for whole heap
Good old Amiga. I have a small collection of games myself. But while owning the original boxes is nice, I have to admit that hard drive installation is by far the easier way to actually play the games. Terrorpods and Silent Service II are nice grabs. Ah, the days when giant boxes were king and PC game makers battled for shelf space. Good times...though probably bad for the ecology.

This A500 is just a nostalgia piece for me. I have A1200 with accelerator and 4GB cf and cdrom drive that I can use for playing.

Anyway, just moved disk drive and internal memory expansion (after removing battery and cleaning it) from that dead amiga to my old A500, installed A590 (100MB SCSI disk inside btw) and everything seems to run fine.

Picked up this marquee this week. I love the fact that it advertises Bust-A-Move coming soon to Super Nintendo and Sega Game Gear.

Congratz on your purchase! Looks like it's in good shape. Not a fan of that color though.

Bought this acrylic cassettes tray at MUJI, 9,50€. It can store up to 16 cassettes but I can only fit comfortably 15 famicom carts.

Some more recent kitchen GETS:

KitchenAid Architect Series II dishwasher. This thing can clean concrete off your dishes. It's fucking awesome.

Also, picked up a KitchenAid mixer tonight. Professional 600 Series with 575 watt motor. Gonna be getting my cookie making on. Need to get the pasta maker add-on sometime.

Wife has had ours for 10+ years now. Uses it all the time. Still looks and operates like new. It'll last forever... good choice. ;)

Yep, agree 1000%. My wife got hers before we met. She's had it since 1999. I actually cleaned it today and it I kid you not, looks like it did day one. The enamel on these is just quality. The motor has not lost a step - making a French Silk pie where you need to whip on high for 10 minutes - it plows through with no issues ever. To gush further, my mother-in-law has a 4.5 quart with the flip back lid - since the early 80's and she tells anyone who will listen it runs as smooth as it did the day she opened it.

Yep. When it comes to mixers, there's KitchenAid and then everybody else.

I've got my gma's KA mixer still working fine. We've got the pasta maker & ice cream maker, both ok, use the pasta maker more. I can't get the ice cream maker ball cold enough to make proper ice cream more milk shake (brings all the boys to the yard) consistency.

Cave Collection The End, bought as used, but everything inside appears to be factory sealed or extremely well resealed... either way, very happy!
