I'd love to know what this sells for, but I doubt that will be made public.

Where did you buy that home cart from?

It looks just like Blondin's one: same issues here (no black writings under the Neo-Geo logo, cart sticker missing some details on the right side, manual front cover with upper part cutted out) :annoyed:

So, it seems that is a bootleg? I took a picture which really shows that the arm is cut in the cart:

I bought this from Moeroshop in January 2009. The store sent me these photos and I took it as a real deal:

Does any one else have pictures from the insides?

Moero shop is a french seller.

Please be aware that you can't judge if a cart is legit or fake by looking at the roms..most of the fake home carts have legit roms from MVS carts.
Ask your money back, they are still active on ebay.

To be honest arm cut is much less than Blondin's sticker... still 2 other issues remain...

Here is a picture of the manual front cover:

Pretty crazy, I never knew that there would be bootlegs from Chibi Maruko. I only knew about Metal Slug, but damn...

Is there any possibility that there are different prints from this game?

It seems unlikely considering the Maruko very small print run

Sorry to bother but it would better if you could take a pic the upper part of the manual front cover outside the baggie: we need to clearly see the red cloud in the right upper corner

No problems. I want to know if this is fake or not. Here is a picture (I needed to take it with flash for a proper lightning):

Manual seems good, sticker is a little bit cut but not as much as Blondin's one, still insert spine is missing the black writings under the logo...

I'm actually confused :conf:

I checked the Blondin's thread and I noticed talk about the two stickers back of the case and my copy still has the two of them.

Yes, but those are, precisely, stickers so can be added or removed: not a big deal and not a safe sign of a legit one.

Still better have them than not

Anyway yours is really weird: manual seems good, the sticker is not bad as Blondin's but insert is missing the writing... :spock: :conf: :loco:

I do not want to be killjoys, but just seeing the staples of the manual, you can see that the manual is probably false.

Usually all staples are located at the ends of the manual.

You're right, didn't noticed that.. they are also at different heights from top and bottom

Yes Brandi. Always can exist small differences of cut in the cover or different color of the two boards. But if the manual shows the staples in different position, and the insert does not show certain elements, it is probable enough that it is a falsification.

Yep, i was concentraiting on the right red cloud and didn't notice the clearly wrong-placed staples (which by the way are also in Blondin's manual). Good eyes :eye::eye:

Yes the manual of Blondin was probably the same. It is very possible that the two fakes are the same author.
