The RaspberryJAMMA seems to be a nice solution, pretty tempting. Would be cool to setup one SD card for vert only games and another for horizontal.

I have to get the 3b+ yet but I will let you know.

Noticing some glitches

Altered beast, neeed to find a good one this is unplayable could be the romset

Also sound glitches on DD1,2,3 and gradius 3 may go away when I get a 3b+


For the price if you have of a pi games that are unaffordable seem to run well. punisher, willow, SSF2T, GG, games that I will never be able to afford

The older cave stuff up to about Esprade work great. I think I had problems with Garegga (no sound?) but Bakraid ran well.

Generally speaking, if something is in FBA you should use that as most of those games ran better than on MAME FBA runs pretty well on a pi2 but you really need a 3 for Mame.

Shifters are different for initial D as is the steering wheel. Worth picking up a spare panel if you spot one on eBay etc. Initial D is a lot of fun

To get the shifter for Jambo wired up properly, there’s a small easy mod you’ll need to make on your Crazy Taxi.

Not sure on Club Kart. Sega Driving Simulator and F355 with their tri-screen set ups, nope.
18 wheeler with such a different OEM steering wheel and multiple gears, nope.

Jambo & CT should work fine w/ out mods on each other...the shifter will just be ‘reversed’ in my case for crazy taxi.

Bought Gokujou Parodius from a friend, and he threw in Devastators. Devastators has a sound issue which gets fixed when I put a bit of pressure on a corner of the board, so it probably just needs a reflow on its sound chip. My ST-V was the same way too.
