All board have
- Licensed UniBIOS 4.0
- All electrolytic capacitors replaced with 105c Nichicon (UKA/UKT series)
- Battery Mod (CR2032 or CR2450)
- Boards and Slots cleaned
- Metal cover wiped down
The following items have been tested and confirmed functional
- sounds/graphics in all slots
- keeps track of time
- joystick/buttons on jamma edge and joystick ports
- marquee header
- credit/led headers
- hard dips
- memory card (via MV-IC headers)
- speaker/headphone volume knobs
- headphone (4-pin header for MV-IC)
MV4 #1:
- fixed bad VIA on slot board
- YM2610 was replaced. It wasnt playing random sounds.
- one of the MV-IC connectors was replaced

- backup/work ram was bad and replaced
- replaced a missing ear on one of the MV-IC connectors

- fixed missing ground on 74LS245 @ N2 (this was a design defect on the first revision of the MV4F).
