If you bring up the recantation you also have to bring up the part where the judge pretty much openly laughed at said recantation and plopped down a box of 5000 letters bibs wrote the bitch from prison proving they struck up a romantic relationship after the fact.

You selectively edited what the show left out, though. Because the context shows that the blanket story was completely fabricated nonsense nobody has ever taken seriously and if Bibs does ever get his appeal he should attack the forensic evidence and the handling of it after the fact.

Do we know what skin in the game Richard has relating to anything to do with Waseem other than being in communication with him periodically? Not sure I ever caught any detail as to what his involvement is/was.
