There isn't one, NGF only ever produced inserts for regular SNK releases. They only did manuals and stickers for their MVS conversions.

At some point I know Dion did. The first interaction I had with him in 1998 was trading my relatively new copy of Last Blade for Real Bout Special. We chatted about games and such a bit as well. That was just before he went bat-shit crazy instead of just regular crazy.
