It's 100 degrees today. This only happens about 2-3 times a year. Just killed a 32 oz sour lemonade. What's your refreshment of choice on days like this?

Water, bottled or tap. If at home, we have really good, cold tap water.

There is a reason they traditionally serve hot tea in hot countries, counterintuitively it cools you down.

That being said, there is nothing like a cold beer on hot days...

Gotta be some ice cold water, but beer is close behind.

Also iced tea, or even better an Arnold Palmer (tea + lemonade).

When it's this hot I usually go play hockey. Year round rinks are awesome. Beverage wise... Gatorade or coconut water. I save the beer for after sunset.

i have developed a high sugar level over the years, so water is all i drink, and it's also the most refreshing.

Milk, because it's a bad choice.

My deceased best friend for my wedding 9 years ago gave us an iced tea maker and ever since getting quite sick last December I've dusted it off from casual use to daily use where I drink quite a bit of it during the week, usually a few pitchers but as the heat increases so does my drinking of it. Second to that I'll go either for a vitamin water zero lemonade (far better tasting than the non-zero) or a coke zero. I keep the sugar drinks like normal coke, root beer, etc for restaurants at times.

If I am in town and its happy hour at Sonic, time for a Frozen Lime-Aid or Orange Slush.

Steel Reserve Hard Pineapple is my drink of choice. Earlier today I finished mowing the lawn in 100+ weather, came indoors and pounded a can. Ultra-refreshing and a couple minutes later I was half-cocked.

Cold water. I don't associate anything sugary with "refreshment". Doesn't mean that I don't like it, but it's not what I want when I'm hot and thirsty. Same for beer. I love beer but if it's super hot outside a glass of water with ice cubes in it is as good as it gets.

Gatorade, a super bland flavor like Rain Berry.
