Of course it always takes two "dumbasses", one who
asks for big $$$, and one who
pays them.
Stupid or not, I doubt that this will ever end as long as there are at least two ppl willing to pump some serious cash into rare video games.
But I don't blame the AES for this, because I love it, because all my fav games are on this machine.
For example, I paid $300 for KoF2k1. So far, so good. But you know what, I play it ever since I got it, and it still kicks ass. If I would have put the same amount of play time I had so far into a cab, I'd guess I would have shelled out a lot more cash.
And believe me, I would have done it if I had a good arcade 'round here with 2k1 in it. I did the same with Wonder Boy, years ago... I could have bought a nice bike for the bucks which went into it...
So these $300 have turned into months of gaming fun, what more could one ask for.
