I wish MVS people would stop bashing the home system.

Which is why systems like the GBC, a handheld which hardware is inferior to other competitors like the Turbo Express, Atari Lynx and even the Sega Nomad could still survive... which is why a game for the PC-Engine could be released over 5 years after it's "dead" in Japan for the first time and sell out in hours...

But this has NOTHING to do with what we're discussing here. We're not comparing different systems but two versions of the same system that have the very same games. But since the same games look better on one of these two versions I'd go for that.

Yes you guessed right: in fact my "great collection" consists of the following titles:

Magician Lord
Metal Slug
Viewpoint
Blue's journey
Blazing Star
Pulstar
Cyber-Lip
Shock Troopers
Top Hunter
Metal Slug 3
Prehistoric Isle II
Twinkle Star Sprites
Alpha Mission II
Puzzle Bobble
Last Resort

Yes, only 15 titles. And I won't buy more as these are the only Neo games I like (yes I despise fighting games). And I couldn't care less about collections.

If so, that would only show that the AES is not good enough as it comes out of the factory and needs to be modded...

So why don't we just use the RF connection then?
Who needs composite? Why needs S-Video? Who needs RGB? We're truly focused on the games, we don't care about anything else...gimme RF any day of the week!

Ah boy boy...

You don't have to remind me what you're talking about. All I'm saying that just because one system may look and sound better doesn't automatically make it better. I can enjoy the same game on a 13" Color TV as much as I can on a 50" Big Screen at an arcade. I can still enjoy the same game whether or not the system was connected to a state-of-the-art Digital Surround System, or a simple analog speaker connected to the TV screen. And contrary to belief, MOST PEOPLE on this very forum can do the very same thing. Don't whine and complain all because you can't.

Dude... Even with your MVS and its supposed superior outputs, you don't have the games to back it up. That's like having the latest Bose Sound System in your house, and you're still trying to connect an 8-Track Tape Deck to it, so you ca hear that old recording of "Disco Fever". Is this the reason why you're trying so hard to push your "MVS is far superior" BS on us? Maybe this explains why you think the games are irrelevant... for quite frankly, you have a good number of bad titles. :)

If so, that would only show that the AES is not good enough as it comes out of the factory and needs to be modded...

But an AES DOESN'T have to be modded for most people to have the same amount of fun as you with your MVS. My AES system is bare bones, but I'm very happy with it and all of my purchases for it. I currently own slightly over 20 games, and have owned over 50 different titles for the AES at one time or another. This is time well spent with a game system... not obsessing about how a game looks or sounds, but focusing on how it plays. I can't say the same thing about you...

So why don't we just use the RF connection then?

Why, as a matter of fact... I DO! And I still have no complaints! Why??? Because the GAMES are the only factor worth talking about when dealing with VIDEO GAME SYSTEMS!! You're starting to understand what I'm saying! Your last failed attempt at an insult actually shows that you do have some level of comprehension after all! Congratulations!
