So are we going with baby is dead or alive? Hopefully they go the comic route and leave it dead at the prison, but me and the wife think one of the small kids or Tyreese doubled back to grab her.
Long drawn thoughts below...
Spoiler:I really feel there is some awesome foreshadowing going on all over the place in this episode. Washington is now the new goal (for everyone). We now have that established. With that out of the way, now to get there (which I'm sure they won't, anytime soon, if ever). I feel this "wolves" group will be the next group they have to face. The devastation on the colony was definitely man-made. Sabotaged, burnt houses, people killed by other than walkers...it's all there.
Then there's the intentionally mutilated walkers. Some cut in half, some missing limbs...and that tuck of torsos at the end. The one that falls directly on the windshield had a giant "W" carved into the forehead. Definitely some group...not sure why they're doing what they're doing...guess we'll see.
I always want to see she shit hit the ground running but I fully expect that with these new "half-seasons"...it was a slow start, but I'm ok with that.
We're really starting to see the meaning of the "walking dead" at this point. I think the symbolism of humanity being dead no matter what is really starting to bleed through. The characters really are walking-dead...they just haven't physically died yet. The Rick/Glenn conversation in the driveway was a good indication that they are now becoming robotic killers that will look at any moving thing that is in their way as an obstacle rather than another human. Ironic figuring they were two of the softer characters at the start. Humanity, for now, is dead...no matter how you look at it.
Personally...I love the show, I love the easter eggs...I'm really enjoying it at the moment.
Great summary and echo's my current feels towards the show.
That said, I'm pretty bummed that...Spoiler:Tyresse got offed, he was one of my favourite characters.
Yeah, we got the next citizen kane on our hands, here.
All that pretentious zazz to just "t-dogg" another black guy on the arrival of his replacement.
This was how I felt about the episode too.
I am not even a Tyrese fan, but I thought the episode was poorly placed and it should have been saved for later in the season or the series.
not a reader of the comics then? they've already announced the new villain a while back- so while they may change up the events, the core is in place for a pretty fun ride.
Rick is still looking out for the group though as number 1. - "If they can't make it, we'll take this place." He's not going to get soft.
Rick is becoming more and more like the Governor
