I have many systems but not a ton of games for any one system.

The Neo has the most games for me at 22 but I think my XBOX would qualify as having the most accessories:

4 XBOX systems, 8 controllers. And it's no coincidence that the only game I have multiple copies of is Halo 2.

For me, its the Sega Genesis. There's just so much hardware for that system its rediculous. And if you count add-ons, then it just gets crazy.

Neo Geo by far. An almost complete MVS collection, 80 home carts and 25 or so Neo CDs. 4 Home Cart Systems with various options, 3 Neo CD Systems with various options 8 MVS boards mostly different models/slots, 3 Neo Cabs and a Shadow 4. I've also got a bunch of extra parts, controllers, art sets, posters and other collectables.

Definitely NES at over 200, 24 of them Famicom. Dozens of generic 99 cent flight sticks, and rapid fire joypads in one drawer

Most games, NES. Around 120 or so.

Most systems, Genesis. 2 OG models, a model 3 and a Nomad.

Most money, Neo Geo MVS, hands down.

Most likely a tie between PS2 & Genesis. I have over 200 on each, but as far as accessories go Genesis by far, SG 1, SG 2, SG 3, CDX, X-Eye, Nomad, Sega CD 1, Sega CD 2, the list goes on.

Definitely Saturn console-wise.

Handheld would be NGPC, but my Wonderswan is quickly catching up.

Definitely PlayStation 2. I have a little over 30 games right now, but I'm getting rid of some of them.

PS2. I have about 90 games for it as well as accessories like G-Con lightguns, a multitap, a DVD region-hack disk, various cables and even a 2nd PS2 that I use as a 'travel' unit as the DVD drive no longer plays films properly (plays games fine though) and I dont mind it getting knocked about.

Yes, very un-hardcore I know, but thats the way it is.
