SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy Announced for Switch and PS4

There has been a lot of speculation regarding a potential Nintendo Direct on January 11. This has been made more interesting by 18 Amazon placeholders for Switch titles. Now, Emily (may or may not be Rogers), an admin on Resetera has confirmed in some capacity that SNK has a Switch game in development and that it is not KoFXIV, SamSho VII, or Metal Slug 8.

It would not surprise me if SNK took advantage of the Switch's mobile architecture and ported Metal Slug Defense and/or Attack.

That’s awesome. They’ve picked up a lot of new fans on the switch who have supported the aca rereleases. It’s definitely a good idea to show those supporters some love with a new title.

This would definitely be awesome. Even ACA style rereleases of some of these titles would be perfect for the switch.

Sad but true. It would be great for the ngpc and the hng64 to see some kind of love these days. I know the hng64 game assets and code have been lost to time, but it would still be great if it somehow happened.
