Neo Geo Mini - hacks?

This thing is awful - the HDMI out is GODAWFUL.

I know there is a hack to add games, but I am shocked nobody has figured out how to improve the HDMI out as it seems like a software problem. Is there a fix?

Seems about right. I deeply regret buying it for $50.

Probably best used as a tiny portable and forget it has an HDMI port.
