There's no way this was converted from a home cart. And you'd be surprised who this is from.

The roms are most likely from a dumped home cart, the rom is out there. But not a conversion in the sense of a normal conversion since the home cart originals had eproms.

Over on YAJ, someone has listing up of Pulstar and Viewpoint for 40,000 yen (about $376).
Last Pulstar on YAJ was an actual kit and it only went as high as 32,000. These are just the carts and the paperwork.
