Neo Geo 4 Slot Graphic Glitches

I have a 4 slot board that was recently repaired after reporting backup RAM and video RAM errors. Now the games will boot, but with graphical bugs. Any idea what could be the cause?

It's consistent with different cartridges across different slots.

What revision and or model 4 slot do you have?
It looks like the problem could be relative to the zmc2 chip.

The bottom board is labeled NEO-MVH MV4. I'm not sure if there's a more specific model number elsewhere, this is my first time working on Neo Geo hardware
