I didn't see that one coming. Admittedly that's probably because I don't read much about new games these days.

I played it a little wayyy back in the arcades. Loved how it played, especially with the handbrake in the arcade machine. Also the mad circuit adds to its sillyness. I've played the demo a few times and dated physics or not, it's a really fun arcade racer even 12 years later.

I just got a low 2:17 on the demo. I'm actually gonna try to improve on that as much as possible. Sad? Maybe. Fun? Fucking hell yeah!

I played the demo a bit yesterday. It looks nice but the controls seemed laggy. I'm not sure yet if that was the system or the HDTV I was playing it on (Samsung Series 7). Is that a problem for anyone else?

I'm playing on a 5 year old Samsung DLP via the DVI and hadn't noticed any lag.
