Anybody ever seen 'the' silver printed neo?

I remember that half a year ago the neo-shop offered a silver printed AES NEO-sadly,there were no pix of this unit.
It was sold for around $275,and was supposed to be an european machine.
Well,I do live in Europe and have never seen such a thing,and never saw any store offering it.

Has anybody info about it?
Did it have a silver printed controller,too?

Are you sure the machine was silver?I live in europe and I know that I got the silver edition neo aes,but all that meant was that you just get one controller instead of two but the machine was still the same,I know in the gold edition you get two controllers,but I have never in my life heard of a silver coloured machine?

I remember the ad saying "rare silver-printed european" machine.
I already knew about the 'gold' and 'silver' packages that were offered by SNK-and THAT ad didn't sound like them.

I was interested in the unit back then,but i wasn't a member of this board and the machine was sold before i could ask questions.
There were many games to buy for me at that time so i didn't bother about hardware,but since then this thing never turned up anywhere again,so i am getting curious....

With all that fuzz about rare games,i wonder why nobody even mentioned this rare machine-if it indeed exists....

I believe this unit just had Neo Geo written in silver, instead of gold.

Hmm...this ad was the only time i ever saw it-if its so common,any idea where to get one?

i live too in europe and have never heard of that one! i have a blue controler but a silver never seen

Yep, was there for quite a while. It always annoyed me there was no picture of it. So if you're reading this Shawn, why no window shopping on that one?
