Adding -5v

I know this has mentioned before, but I can't find the topic. I have a blast city and its PSU doesn't have -5v. How can I add it without replacing the PSU?

Your blast city doesn't supply -5v? I find that hard to believe. I'm pretty sure the PSU does but it's just not connected to the harness. Just follow the 2 wires from the harness and connect them to the PSU.

Well, the solution is obvious. Buy a different power supply.

Well, it seems the sound amp is built into the power supply on the blast. I posted a link to the schematic. I don't want to replace it, and I am looking for a mod that could turn a +5v line into a -5v line.

No. You need 120v to power the PSU.

Ya so get a converter to convert +12v to +9v then use the Negatron to convert the +9v to -5v so you can get -5v@0.5A
