Yes, I was able to a few times. Tough as hell to do, but it was pretty much a necessity seeing as SNK saw fit to allow no continues in a level on the Xbox version, you pretty much had to learn each level step by step in order to beat the game. That last level was a nightmare in itself. I'm not sure where I am in the scoreboard, but it was decently high last time I checked.

For me IIRC, bobak quickly pressed buttons, set the contoler down, and said "you're dead" and beat me in MD3 in like 4 seconds.....

Bobak, Rassilon, RBJakeSpecial, and I had a fun little fighting-game afternoon a couple of years back. Bobak was good at KOF and kicked ass at Fatal Fury Special. RBJake was the overall winner though, he trounced us all.

BBH is your man for the 1cc Pulstar. I've been wanting to 1cc Pulstar for years, but just don't have the patience. Same with Viewpoint. You start questioning your sanity after hours of playing the same levels over and over.

any man who 1cc's viewpoint is a deity.
i used to play pulstar at my local arcade all the time. tried constantly to
1cc but man. what a game. and what a glutten i am for punishment.
i always went back for more.

of course it's possible. Stage 6 is where the game gets retarded, but it's completely possible if you learn all the important patterns.

I think I may have the file somewhere of the 1cc. The part that really pissed me off was the flying things that constantly just popped up randomly in pairs. Jesus those pissed me off.
