Have we left Germany, Japan, or South Korea? No.
Granted that the nature of troops being there is....a little different than in Iraq (obviously) but we still haven't left.

I know the DNC Convention is the big news right now, but I found this article to be an interesting look at the impression McCain has left on some journalists outside the U.S.:

I have a feeling that you're one of those guys that doesn't care about wars killing people (as long as they're Muslims) or the obvious corruption and cronyism of the Republican party so long as they are against abortion and gay marriage.
I thought John Kerry's speech was the best of the night, comparing "Senator McCain" to "Candidate McCain".
