It's just the kind of attitude he displays here that is driving people away from these forums and discouraging new users from contributing. We had a rather heated, but nonetheless relatively intelligent discussion going on about Kenny's auction. Then he comes in with a bunch of sewar-minded crap that contributes nothing to the conversation and just ruins it. If people want to have anyone left to talk in these forums, they they have to learn like they are at least using a part of their brains. Most people don't find every thread turning into a flame war that interesting.

I know the guy who is selling that auction. He's a really good guy to deal with and everything is sold as he says. Though FTL, I hate to tell you, but the ignorant eBay buyer whom you have said is not responsible for not doing his homework before dropping multiple hundreds of dollars on an item, would still not understand what he was getting into with that one. If the guy was ignorant of Neo-Geo and its terminology, seeing "conversion of MVS cartridge" wouldn't make any sense to him either. The fact is that someone who doesn't know much about the system would likely not understand what a conversion was anyway, unless they asked the seller. We all know what one is of course, but many new people to the scene don't. While this auction may have stressed that it was a conversion more than Kenny's did, I still don't think you have any more valid an argument here for a neophyte knowing what that was any better.

THE PICTURE.

Not only on the header there is NO SNK word written but you can see the picture is DIFFERENT,missing the manual in the first place and marking so the difference with an original one,OR AT LEAST alerting the buyer.

Do the math: fair and correct header+NOT deceptive picture.

Clear and simple.

As said many times it was buyer's fault not Kenny,but jenny did so much money just because the auction was deceptive.

OK, for starters the argument about the missing SNK is ridiculous. Whether it's a conversion or not, it is an SNK produced title and putting their name on it is reasonable. What is not reasonable would be claiming it is a legitimate SNK released cartridge which is clearly is not. Also, he does not state anywhere in this auction that the manual is missing. You and I noticed that of course, but again, a new user or someone who doesn't bid in eBay very much wouldn't know that. By your logic, that makes this auction misleading as well.

Well, I do agree that Kenny's picture did look a a lot like an authentic cart and perhaps, he could have taken more pictures to illustrate the flaws that show it to be a conversion (i.e. the tape seam holding the back and front together, a close-up showing how it was printed on an inkjet, etc.) Nonetheless though, I still feel the onus of responsibility in this matter was on the buyer to read the auction description thoroughly and pose questions where necessary. I certainly don't condone Kenny as a scammer for how he handled this auction, like many here have. Many who I have no doubt wuld have done the same thing if it would have made them that much money.<hr></blockquote>
