I've messed with every menu setting imaginable and I still can't get my 360 to work on the 14M2U. Running the stock video cable in component mode through RCA-DIN adapters.

That particular one actually received some media attention at the time because of its size, here's a newspaper review of it: http://articles.sun-sentinel.com/19...argest-picture-tube-rear-projection-sets-sony
Apparently it sold for $40k, holy shit.
440 pounds!
need a crane to install it.

I'm in!
Found me a PVM-20L2. Just got my RGB Scart cable in the mail today and was able to snap a few iPhone pics running on my Saturn.
Is the PVM-3230 too heavy for one person to lift- do you have to get somebody to help you with it?I have a PVM-3230 (that's 32 inches, ladies) as my main console monitor. SCART for everything except NES and N64 (both s-video). I actually have a spare 3230 in the closet in case this one dies. Never seen anyone else on any forums/blogs with even one. I also have a 2030 and a 1354Q. Used to have a 2530, but sold it, regrettably. Always looking to add to the collection.

The bigger size PVMs must be rare- can't see any 3230 or 2950 on ebay at the moment.
I would imagine 84kg is too heavy to lift up 2 feet in the air (to get it onto a TV bench), unless you're a strongman, or lift weights.I just looked up the 3230's specs. The PVM 3230 is 185 lbs (84kg). That's almost as heavy as my Neo 25 candy cab lol.
Some crude photos from my just NESRGB modded AV Fami on the PVM 14L5:
