PS. It was like the raid... (well... exactly like the raid)... with GUNS:D

I had no idea Dredd had been a box office bomb. I really enjoyed that movie, saw it again recently on netflix IIRC.

Regards.

Idiocracy, as mentioned. I love all of Mike Judge's work (Office Space, Beavis and Butt-Head, King of the Hill, Goode Family, Idiocracy, Silicon Valley), though I haven't seen Extract.

I also really like Titan AE. Don Bluth is also one of my favorite filmmakers (The Land Before Time, All Dogs Go to Heaven, The Secret of NIMH, Anastasia, An American Tail, Titan AE).

You guys beat me to Fantastic Four and Water World.

Also Green Lantern. My expectations were so low that they were surpassed.

I'll +1 Dredd, Idiocracy, and Water World.

All good flics that financially failed.

Gotta add xXx: State of the Union to the list.

I kinda like the xXx flicks. :lolz: / :emb:

That movie was way more awesome than it had any right to be.

It boggles my mind that it wasn't successful with how incredible it is.

Weird thing is I don't know anyone who didn't see it, where did the money go?

Maybe it was one of those films that got leaked online before it even made the cinema.

+1 for Dredd

The only thing missing were robots from the comics I read.

Droids = box office hit :keke:

Masters of the Universe.
Black Dynamite.
Rumble in the Bronx. - yes, according to the movie studio, this movie was considered a failure even though it made 3x what it costs to make.

Sinister 2 (I know it sucks)
Idiocracy is masterful
DREDD is sex
Amazing spider man 2 ( I know it wasn't great but I loved the presentation and soundtrack Hans Zimmer and Pharell did the electro theme) Sony considered it a failure.

And finally

The Iron Giant - wish I saw this as a kid. In 2008 caught it at a college kick back... The whole party stoped due to the fact that everyone was so focused on the ending. That's how powerful this movie was.

There will be a 2 day theater showing of The Iron Giant on September 30 and October 4 with two new scenes. Check local listings. Title is "The Iron Giant: Signature Edition"

I'll go with

Lady in the Water
47 Ronin

Edit: After seeing one of the lists posted, I have to add Hudson Hawk! Saw it last year, I think a day after 47 Ronin. Hawk was really enjoyable, and I bet kids would love it. 47 Ronin was played specifically because we were to make fun of it, which we did, but I imagined the movie entirely animated and I liked what I saw. I had no idea it was rated number 2 on the list.
