Milanesa al caballo. Milanesa is thinly sliced meat or chicken breast covered in bread crumbs best when the bread crumbs are mixed with provenzal (minced garlic and herbs)

Pretty sure I haven't come across it but from what you've shown there I would devour it. I don't say no to food unless it's mussels.
