Story
Although he hails from America, Kouga blood flows through his veins. He is the capable speedy character who is very skillful with his shuriken.
Personality
Joe is a happy guy who is serious about his duty.
Powers
- Electrokinesis - Using his ninja training, Joe can control lightning. He can unleash a multi-bolt spell and hurl several lightening shuriken at once.
- Dragon and Tiger Fist - Joe has mastered the spiritual energies of these two beasts. He can project an image of these beasts in various energy beams.
- Energy Blasts - Joe can cover the screen with several miniature balls of energy.
