WTB: Konami 3rd / 4th "JAMMA+" Player Joystick/Controller/Harness

This is kind of a long shot, but I wondered if anyone had "plug and play" controllers wired to the Konami 3/4th player harnesses (this thing: http://www.jammaboards.com/store/konami-jamma-3rd-4th-extra-player-harness-konami-h1.html).

If not, would anyone be interested in modding some controllers/creating some joysticks for this? Let me know, thanks!

I'm not too particular, we're using PSX to JAMMA with PS2 sticks for 1P and 2P already, 3P and 4P probably would be fine with a gamepad (maybe even prefer it). I think Genesis pads like this project might be cool:

Only problem is I think they would need an extra coin button added if they were going to be used for X-Men. But I don't plan on getting that game, primarily these would be for Captain America and possibly Sunset Riders and Turtles in Time down the road. Someone on here did an NES pad for TMNT:

I have some PSX Namco joysticks and the Tototek PSX -> Neo-Geo converters, maybe a DB15 to "JAMMA+" adapter would work?

Apologies for not having a clear idea of what I want, I'm open to just about anything.

I'm at work, but I'll PM you some ideas tonight. I need to take a closer look at the 3+4 player pinout but it shouldn't be difficult to incorporate your Namco sticks with the Neo adapters. Will get in touch.
