Resolved and the work is top quality
Communication as ceased on some Ghostlops that I paid for some time ago.
I got excuses for a while and I was more than understanding and patient.
I am not point fingers just yet, I just hope someone can fill me in on his status since I am not getting anywhere with PM or e-mail and am worried.
Does anybody know what other boards he hangs on, perhaps I can message him there.
Yikes that is some serious delays he has put people through.

I hope I do not have to dispute him. He sent me a cart form a different transaction and it was top quality and pretty timely.
Hopefully he gets his act together and comes through.

How long has it been since you sent payment?
If you don't have your item within 44 days of your sending payment, file a paypal dispute. (Paypal only gives you 45 days to file a dispute.)
If you wait beyond that, and you don't see your item, you have nobody to blame but yourself.
Status of tracking still only says Electronic Shipping Info Received. At a minimum is should say"Status: Processed through Sort Facility" by now.
I can confirm you paid for the label online on 01/13/2010.
What day did you actually take the package to the Post Office?
