Wanted - RGB to NTSC Video Encoder

Hi there,

I really need one of these converters -

So I can run my MVS system through my PC TV-in card.

I am looking for one and don't mind buying from the States or anywhere else for that matter, failing finding one here I would be looking for someone in the US or Canada that could buy me one from here -

Because for some reason he won't ship internationally..

Any help would be much appreciated !

Your best bet is someone in the US. We here in Canada still have to pay customs on it, which can really be a lot sometimes. If you can't find anyone in the US I'll do it for you. Email me at jplouffe@mts.net.

Thanks for the replies guys, I would like to try and avoid customs tax if possible but I am still hoping someone may have one for sale but failing that anyone else in the US that might be able to help me out in ordering one ?
