Tourchlight 2

Is anyone going to be playing? I am thinking about preordering from steam but I'm hoping to find people to play with first.

If I can pull myself away from Diablo I will. I really loved the first TL.

Truthfully after playing diablo III, I'm more excited for torchlight, simply because it's the guys who made diablo in the first place

I'm torn.

On one hand I know the game will be fun.

One the other - I saw totally recycled maps and mobs from the first game in a T2 gameplay video, the tombs specifically. I also am sort of... meh... when it comes to the blatantly ripped off WoW art style for Torchlight. Exclamation points and all, I mean wtf. Also the spell and attack animations look way cooler in D3.

Diablo is so dark and serious I likes it, but I have a feeling the loot in general and unique weapons/armor sets will really be cooler and more varied in T2.

Tough call bc I sure aint getting both.

I feel the same way about not wanting to get both. I am more of a cheapskate when it comes to modern games plus I am one of "those" people that stands on the side against Blizzard (mainly the lack of being able to play with out an internet connection).
