Im not going bye the Neo Geo priceguide because it seems like a little bullshit, but how much should I be paying for a US AoF3 nm and a SS4 Excellance condition JP?

a US AoF 3 has ALWAYS been expensive. Expect to pay over $250.

And at least $250 for SSIV - however, SSIV isn't too common these days - price may be higher.
