Double Dragon was available in the US as a mail-in offer game. It supports 2 players too, where the NES version does not

Double Dragon 1 and 2? Were those only available in Japan?

The Double Dragon game (#1) was released by a company called "Balistic" for the Genny, but it fits the JPN Mega Drive system and has no lock out code. #2 was a JPN ONLY title, and while it plays more like the arcade that the NES version it suffers from some shitty slow down.
