Yes, SRAM PCMCIA cards will work fine. Often the second hand ones need a new battery. Since they are larger than the original cards that causes a bug in Riding hero and another game (I forget), can can cause the card to corrupt. For all the other games it works fine.

You don't need anything with a lot of space. The Neo only see 16kb of memory card space and that is more than enough to hold every Neo game's save state. Anything over 16k is wasted unformatted space.

and what capacity is necessary for save about 150 games? I found these 2 cheap models on aliexpress, will work ok these cards?

Mitsubishi 8MB -> http://es.aliexpress.com/store/product/MELCARD-8MB-SRAM-CARD-MF38M1-9VDAG01/107511_1965172422.html
Casio 256Kb -> http://es.aliexpress.com/store/prod...-PCMCIA-CARD-DT-635BMC/107511_1965144383.html

Instead of getting these 3rd-party cards, I'd get a NeoSaveMasta. I have 2 of them, very nice quality and you a supporting the hard work of an independent developer of it. PM NeoTurfMasta for details.

Regards.

I know the NeoSaveMasta memory cards, but this seems no longer avaible for the moment, and I need a memory card now, and the SRAM PCMCIA memory cards seems to be a very good cards for that price.

Regards.

Just be careful with some of the larger cards since I am not convinced they are SRAM - They might be flash instead. Typically the SRAM are 2K, 16K, 32K, 64K, 128K, 256K etc. 8Mb like that one you linked to above might be flash RAM.
