I'm down with most of this list.

Metalocalypse is good, but there is an over-arcing storyline that you might miss if you watch it out of order.

Too bad Adult Swim is fucking retarded and not letting Small finish the story.

Can´t beat that stache. Any episode will work fine as a standalone little detective story. You don´t need to watch them in order but you may find that you want more after watching one or two.
