New Astro City PSU

I bought a New Astro City cab last year and it worked fine with my ST-V board and CPS2 boards. I decided to switch to another system in this cab but ran into voltage problems. My PGM mobo would power up and the video would be fine but no sound, my Naomi 1 board would power-up but video would be disorted but the audio would be fine. My 6slot MVS would only power up 3 slots and randomly reset. When I put these mobos in either my Neo Candy or my Impress they would work fine so I know it is not the mobos. I turned up the adjustable 5v but still didn't get the required voltage to run the other mobos. Should I replace the power and if so where can I get another one?
