It obviously doesn't, but when I pay for something, I expect to receive everything that was supposed to be there. Especially for something costing as much as it did.

Damn, Piko's still cutting corners after all these years. Shipping out unchecked and incomplete $400+ luxury items is ballsy to say the least.
