Neo Pocket Shanghai ??

I have the US model NeoGeo Pocket color. I want to get the Shanghai game.
Is this what I want??

Is that the US version? While I'm asking are pocket games region protected?

I don't know for sure, but I suspect that it is the US version. I have the JP version and it comes in the hard snap case.

Pocket games are not region protected. Some, but not all, of the games will play in whatever language is selected as the default for the system.

Thanks. I went ahead and purchased it. I've been on a shanghai kick lately. Been playing it on the Turbografx, Lynx, Color Computer, now this pocket version will be great. Its easier to drag the pocket around than the Lynx.
